Overview

Tipsy Inbox is an internal business tool operated by Events Bubble LLC (trading as Tipsy Parties) for managing customer communications, booking operations and team coordination. This tool is not available to the general public.

Data We Process

• Email messages sent to and from our business email addresses
• WhatsApp messages exchanged with customers and team members
• Booking information from our operational database (Tadabase)
• Team member names, email addresses and roles
• Phone call records and operator activity logs

How We Use Data

All data processed by Tipsy Inbox is used solely for internal business operations including responding to customer enquiries, managing bookings, coordinating bartender allocations and improving our service quality. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

• Google Gmail API — to read and send emails on behalf of our business accounts
• Supabase — database hosting
• Anthropic Claude API — AI-assisted email drafting and classification
• Twilio — phone call handling
• Postmark — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — application hosting

Data Retention

Business communications are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil our operational and legal obligations. Team members can request deletion of their personal data by contacting the system administrator.

Access Control

Access to Tipsy Inbox is restricted to authorised team members of Events Bubble LLC. Authentication is managed through Supabase Auth with role-based access controls (Admin, Agent, Operator).
