Agreement

Tipsy Inbox is an internal business tool provided by Events Bubble LLC (trading as Tipsy Parties). By accessing this application, you confirm that you are an authorised team member of Events Bubble LLC and agree to use the tool in accordance with company policies.

Permitted Use

This tool is provided exclusively for internal business operations. Users must not:

• Share login credentials with unauthorised individuals
• Use the tool for personal communications
• Export or distribute customer data outside of approved business processes
• Attempt to access data or features beyond their assigned role

Data Handling

Users are responsible for handling customer data in accordance with UK GDPR and company data protection policies. All communications processed through this tool are business records and may be audited.

AI-Assisted Features

This tool uses AI to assist with email classification, response drafting and priority scoring. All AI-generated content must be reviewed by a team member before being sent to customers. The company is responsible for all communications sent through this tool.

Availability

Events Bubble LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to this tool. The tool may be updated, modified or temporarily unavailable for maintenance without prior notice.
